Art That Finds Its Place — and the Stories Behind It

Miracle Girl Finds Her People
Some artworks feel like they’re waiting for the right home—and *Miracle Girl* found hers in the most beautiful way.
It all started a few years ago at an event I hosted in my home for "Have Some Fun Today", my fashion brand that’s long had a loyal following in Berks County. That day, Jessica Prutzman discovered my early artwork—pieces inspired by the brand’s uplifting message—and took home her first piece.
Fast forward to my first group show in NYC: Jess and her fiancé, Joe, made the trip up to attend opening night. And again, this past spring, they showed up to support me at my solo show at The Yocum Gallery.
So, when I announced my Summer Studio Art Sale, it was no surprise that Jess reached out. She asked about "Miracle Girl"—a piece from 2022 that had been a favorite of mine for its emotional depth and layered story. After hearing the full journey behind the work, Jess and Joe decided to make her theirs.
Now she lives in their home—full of color, love, and intention. It’s one of those moments whereart truly finds its place.
Small Works, Big Impact !
Not every statement needs to be large to be powerful.
This month, I’m highlighting a curated collection of smaller artworks—each one designed to bring color, texture, and a bit of magic into your space. Whether you're just starting your collection or looking for a bold finishing touch, these pieces are ready to elevate your walls with intention and style.
And now through the end of August, they’re 20% off with the code SMALL20 at checkout.
A Favorite: Lessons, 2024
Some works come together slowly, with layers of meaning that reveal themselves over time. Lessons is one of those pieces. Created during a reflective period in early 2024, this painting explores what we carry forward—what we’ve learned, what we’ve let go of, and what continues to shape us. With gestural movement, unexpected color pairings, and quiet intensity, Lessons is both personal and universal.
It was a saying my art professor from Penn State would say as he meandered around the room and at the ripe age of 18, I never forgot it.
It reminds me that growth is never linear—and that beauty often emerges from the messiest parts of becoming.
This one holds a special place in my heart.
LATELY I'VE BEEN THINKING...
"The art you choose to live with becomes part of your daily story — shaping the energy you wake up to, and the beauty you come home to."
